Over 1,700 community members showed up and showed out - receiving free backpacks, school supplies, hot meals, vaccines, glasses, and other resources to help kick off the school year right! Huge THANK YOU to our amazing LANCSD staff, partners, vendors, and volunteers who made this event such a success. We couldn't do it without YOU!
Community Resource & Health Fair
Huge thanks to CAAASA for partnering with 麻豆国产 to host our Community Resource & Health Fair on November 15 at the Park View Educational Complex! With 1,000+ attendees, families received essential supports — new coats, fresh produce, groceries, diapers, hot meals, vaccines, and prescription eyeglasses — all in one place. We’re grateful to the 20+ community resource partners who showed up for our families, the Community Coalition for leading mental health workshops, and the Department of Mental Health for providing lunch for participants. A special shout-out to our Welcome & Wellness Center team and all LSD departments who helped make this event possible. Together, we’re strengthening family health, wellness, and community connections!
